    Just flew it in VR, the MFD's are way smaller compared to the DDI's it's actually hard to read the FCR without zooming/leaning.
    Of course lot of the systems still not implemented.

    Bad timing hahah. I have to work an airshow literally all day today through Sunday every day. I won’t be able to fly a whole lot unfortunately which sucks. I’ll be tired but I’m still gonna fly in the evenings.

    I got to do my first flight in the Viper. It's so beautiful. I can read the MFDs better than the hornet in VR... it's so perfect. Going to have fun just flying around the maps in it doing nothing.



    Just wish they had a pilot model in there for VR so I don't see an empty cockpit.

    The pit is beautiful. Although in VR i feel like the scale is off somehow. there is not enough distance between the hud and the floor? the seat feels like it would be around midsection height.

    Yeah, had the same issue with the Hornet. Doesn't make sense this way, hope there is an easy fix or otherwise that they will fix it quickly.

    Yesterday I took a spin in the Viper as well. Since I have no history with BMS, I'm clueless about all the systems. But I like the feel. Really easy to land.
    In my Rift-S it looks pretty great. No issues reading stuff in the front. If textures look blurry, delete the shader cache.

    Edit: BTW, did you guys notice the new VR Zoom plus the new extra VR Zoom (Extra assignment under UI Layer)

    This was my first impression too. Need to see it with the pilot model in it but it does seem like something is off in the scaling or fov angle. The JHMCS is displayed larger too (I have it set to both eyes like the hornet).

    Wonder if it is because of the tilted seat?

    Figured it out. It's the fact we are sitting too close. I think they did it for VR for it to be easier to read.

    You can adjust it by using:

    Right Control + Right Shift + Numpad / to move back
    Right Control + Right Shift + Numpad 8 to move up
    Right Control + Right Shift + Numpad * to move forward
    Right Control + Right Shift + Numpad 2 to move back

    And if you don't like it and want to reset you can use Right Control + Right Shift + numpad 5 to center back where it is by default.

    I'm going to use the default seat until we get pilot legs. Looks weird being back without them.

    For me, fiddling with the IPD setting that was somehow enabled (and set at 70!) with the viper. I would double check yours.
